Marcelo started his renewable energy career in 2010. He has held business development, finance and operations executive roles in the US, in Europe and in Latin America. This diverse geographical and functional experience has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of how to create value in diverse market dynamics and regulatory environments. He is passionate about helping businesses capture the value of accelerating their transition to a low-carbon economy.
Marcelo holds an MSc from the Department of Social & Policy Sciences of the University of Bath in the UK, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was awarded the Alumni merit-based scholarship.
